  • FabricsByUchey is an e-commerce company specializing in the sale of high-quality fabrics online and offline.

  • These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, social media pages, or authorized sales channels.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective once published on our platform.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to display our fabrics as accurately as possible, including colors, textures, and patterns. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen resolutions, lighting, or fabric batches.

  • All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after successful confirmation of payment.

  • FabricsByUchey accepts  payment methods, e.g., bank transfers, debit/credit cards, mobile payments].

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that correct order details (fabric type, color, yardage, delivery address) are provided at checkout. FabricsByUchey will not be liable for errors in information submitted by customers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the point of purchase, depending on location and logistics partners.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Risk of loss or damage during delivery passes to the customer once the order is dispatched from our store.

5. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

  • All sales are final. No goods sold by FabricsByUchey are refundable under any circumstances.

  • Customers may only request an exchange if:

    1. The wrong item was delivered.

    2. The fabric delivered is damaged or defective upon receipt.

  • To qualify for an exchange:

    • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

    • The fabric must be returned unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition and packaging.

    • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.

  • Exchanges will be made for the same product or another fabric of equal value. If the preferred exchange item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by FabricsByUchey.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, images, product descriptions, and content on the FabricsByUchey website and platforms are the exclusive property of FabricsByUchey and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FabricsByUchey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect fabric handling (e.g., washing, cutting, stitching).

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in Nigeria.
